Wildcost sun amazing **** service

Visited wildcost sun, my card was debited by sun international and wildcost tells me I must pay again because suninternational took the money and not wildcost, yet they could see the notification from the bank, not only that they were beyond rude, no efts are excepted and required a card yet the ****s had already taken my money, worst experience ever, Suninternational should be training these retards, have a 24 hour support for there payments side, imagine they can tell me suninternational took my money not them. I don't understand that comment so is wildcoast part of suninternational or not? Secondly the security guy or who ever sees me in the private gaming room the next day and comes up to me to find out what card I have totally dambaziled I am a platinum card holder. Not sure if he trys to class me or is just full of **** how ever this was my most unpleasant holiday ever and will never again come or advise anyone to go there, there stuff is very unpleasant, moody and this needs attention, we don't stay on there expense yet we had to experience such service, I had reported them as ***** to my bank as I was told its not them who took my money and it's sun international my money returned atleast, however all the money I had spent and the experience I received I will never again visit that place yet it's probably the 100 time I had visited the place, disgusted.
