Wildcoast Sun Sucks

I have visited all the Sun International resorts in South Africa and was appalled at the lack of service at the Wildcoast Sun. I tried contacting reception via the telephone system but it may be that no one employed there knows how to use a phone. I walked to reception to ask why they were not contactable and a person by the name of Zuto told me he just work there and that the calls go to the call centre. The attitude of the staff at all points from reception to Chico,s restaurant is pathetic. The Genral Manager Peter Tsidi needs to figure out his responsibilty and send the staff for customer service training. This type of service will attribute to the decline in our tourist sector. This resort is rated 4 star....wonder who got paid in the proceed. Wildcoast Sun is PATHETIC.
