Wildcoast cant help me with a booking for my birthday

<p>I always visit wild coast sun on my birthday and i have been trying to book for the weekend of the 15 to 16 April for my birthday and they dont want to assist me but my friend who is a platinum card holder gets booking immediately...i gamble a lot but i choose not to be a mvg card holder my identity number will prove this.I have always supported wild coast but i see they dont have any values.</p>
