Wild coast sun water not safe

My family booked at the wild coast sun , we drank the tap water and 3 members from my family got sick . The staff said we should not have drank it as it is not safe .When I complained to management for not being informed .Arnold Robertson rep**** to the email,said their water was safe even though it has a bad odor and looks dirty which is very disturbing. It is clear to me that you do not care about your customers it’s disgusting. Someone is clearly not telling the truth about the water . I am still looking at other channels to investigate this further to save other families from this horrific experience .
