Wild Coast Sun ...terrible service and dont care attitude

Having never been to the Wild Coast before ,we booked 3 nights from the 18th Dec to the 21st Dec.Being a 4 star Sun international hotel we embarked on a 1200km journey with huge expectations.W e were so bitterly disappointed .We booked a "luxury family room" as advertised on their web .The pictures were completely deceiving.The was nothing luxury in the room --in fact in my opinion did not even meet the expectations of a standard room . he room was a in terrible state..smelly ,torn ,dirty chairs ,curtains that hasn't been washed for a long long time--in fact they became hard wit h the dirt .The sleeper couched reeked and was so filthy that i wouldn't allow my kids to sit on it .The linen was torn .I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for that room and it want even worth a penny of what we paid .In we recently had to book into a formula 1 hotel due to a burst geyser and wow,we were amazed at condition and cleanliness,helpful staff etc ..and we paid 749 for the room.I simply cannot believe how the Wild Coast Sun can have a rating of 4 ..im my opinion a 1 star rating should be applicable to them .I have afforded the management of the Wild Coast sun many opportunities to address the issues .The questions that I have asked and still want an answer is : What warranted them to charge me such a huge amount for 3 nights for a room that was not up to standard ? How is it that Sun International can have a hotel of such sub standard quality as part of their group . I have been sending mails to Lynn ****** who hasn't answered one mail ,instead has requested someone by the name of Margaret to call me . Margaret has called me ( 21st January 18)and has categorically accepted that they have failed me and she will call me back within 5 days ----STILL WAITING FOR MARGARET !!! The Management accepts no responsibility for their service failure .It is very evident from Trip Advisor ..almost 9 out of 10 reviews are bad and echoing the same issues that I have experienced .BUT non one seems to care ..It is really disappointing to know that this belongs to Sun international and is bring their name into disrepute ---
