wild coast sun security inconsiderate, uncompassionate and rude

<p>On 5 May 2016 myself, husband and 2 minor kids drove from johannesburg to shelly beach to celebrate mother's day with my mom. The trip took us 16 hours because we had to stop regularly for the sake of the kids. We arrived at Shelly Beach at 6am on 6 May 2016. The kids did not sleep much on the road. My mom and had an appointment at mangwanani for 3pm. My husband and Dad dropped us at Wild Coast Sun and were meant to wait for us. They stayed in the car because the kids were asleep. The security came to the car and very rudely told them to get out of the car or leave. They tried to explain that the kids were asleep but the security said its not his problem. They then had to wake my kids and go inside. Because my daughter, who is 2 years old, was still sleepy she wet herself. My mom and were booked for a 3 hour treatment and my daughter therefore had to stay in wet, stinky clothes for 3 hours. The security still refused to allow them to go to the car! I am disgusted and disappointed that they could be so inconsiderate towards a 2 year old! It is quite clear that wild coast sun is not child friendly!</p>
