False advertising - they still have the ad online of a luxury family room which I booked but in actuality the room on the picture is of an executive suite. The room I got had two squicky beds , the staff was rude the lady that checked us in. The towels were dirty looked like they had pubic hair.

We had to ask for everything no shower caps ,tissue and for ironing we had to go on another floor and wait In long ques just to be able to iron our clothes.

The room we booked was not clean the cups and all other utensils were dirty. The room was an ordinary room and when we went to breakfast they said one of us must pay because it reserved for 2 but the lady I spoke to when I booked said because it's a family room we won't have to pay for breakfast since it's included.

First morning we did not pay and no one had a problem with us all three not paying but this morng they wanted us to pay
