Wild coast sun pathetic
<p>********* way of booking and allocation of rooms</p>
When we tried to book from August we were told bookings were not open . You are a hotel. Booking are always open . In November we were told fully booked . We then tried again and managed to get 3 nights sea facing.
Today we checked in pathetic service and a wonderful "sea facing room". Why don't u tell people u putting them in a rats corner . You are being selective and giving rooms to certain individuals who maybe pays more. So we booked this for the New Years fireworks for my little one. No chance of him seeing jack ****. You have ruined our holiday. Teach ur damn staff to be helpful. And stop being selective . 10 years of coming here and now I can say NO MORE. Do you even understand customer experience . You have no cooking clue . Stop being selective and *********.
