WHERE ARE MISSING POINTS???

Over 4000 points disappeared off of my uncles MVG card at Sun City on the 28th August 2015. He discussed it with them at the time but they were not helpful and basically said he had redeemed them, which he denied in the strongest terms. They said they could not help him. I have since contacted them on his behalf on numberous occassions by phone, was told to send email to the person who deals with it, which I did. No reply rececieved in any form. Phoned again numerous times and was told to speak to Lisa, who is always unavailable to take calls. Have re forwarded original email again and spoken to a guy called Patrick who is trying to forward it to Lisa. What absolutely shoddy service!!! In the meantime where are the points???
