What is wrong with your staff?????

Please train your staff to read and listen carefully when they speak to someone on the telephone. Every time I phone they address me as Ma'am. No matter how many time I tell them that I am a male they still continue to address me as Ma'am. And believe you me when I tell you I sound nothing like a female. Are the staff deliberately trying to upset their guests????
