what entertainment???

<p>Grand west has a lot of explaining to do. Let me list my issues. Firstly they keep changing the layout, they say it's for convenience but it isn't. You spend half an hour looking for the machines you normaly play on. Machines are broken or not working, ask a candy stripe for help they shrug their shoulders no explanation no apology. Forget about random number generator as that does not even work as it should SO THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS unless you have a special card. GRAND west you should be ashamed you take our money and offer no pleasure. Also staff are very rude and ignore you. Certain staff members tell you that they don't have to speak to you in English if they don't want to. I won't post his name grand west can contact me for his name. When I posted a previous message on Hello Peter someone from grand west contacted me and offered absolutely no help or a satisfactory explanation. </p>
