We have been at the Cascaded Hotel for 4 nights

We have been at the Cascaded Hotel for 4 nights . The service is slow it takes an hour before they deliver service. The duty manager is not friendly. I requested a late check out for tomorrow, and he told me that I should call him tomorrow morning , and he will decide. His tone was not good. Housekeeping ladies are good. the room service ladies are also good. I won't come back at the Cascaded again.
