Wild Coast Sun Experience

Date of Stay- 6 September to the 8th Spetember

After receiving a two night stay, compliments of Sun International, we had chosen Wild Coast Sun from a host of possible resorts. However, this was the wrong choice to make.

From the Saturday, we had terrible experiences with the housekeeping, whom questioned us when towels were not replaced. As if we had been requesting towels, for fun. On Sunday however, it was the worst, with the TV not working the entire day. It was reported on numerous occasions from 9h30. About four calls were made, throughout the day, and we only received feedback at around 18h00. And only then was our room changed, which was indeed pointless since we were checking out the next morning.

Another issue was that I had filled out the feedback questionnaire sent after the stay, and till this date, only someone from housekeeping had contacted me, no one else has bothered.

This was truly a waste of my complimentary stay. And that wild coast would've done something about it.
