Wallet ****** from a 5 star resort with the manager blaming family members

Totally appauled..... booked into 5 star cascades hotel ..... mistakenly left the wallet into my room and within the hour I realised and went back and it was gone ..... my room was made .... so staff entered and wallet was gone ..... I immediately notified thr manager and totally disgusted with the response .... ur family members took it yet only my immediate family was in the room and no one else .... there was a shift change and the manager said unfortunately they cannot stop the staff from leaving ....all they did was take finger prints of the door knob.... the rest of my family are petrified of staying here.... the manager is totally unhelpful with no pr skills. For a 5 star resort I cannot believe this
