Waiting for refunds takes forever

Terrible service when it comes to refunds On the 27th of January we received an email regarding our cancelation at the Cabanas and was advised the refund will take 7 to 14 days however im still waiting for my refund, I have emailed and called and have had no luck, quite disappointed in refund service
