Violent and militant manager

I have never in my life been treated the way by a manager of an establishment as this manager treated us tonight. Been interupted when i was explaining what my problem was and then mr marius says to me to keep quiet and ignores me completely and walks away from me while complaining. Then when i ask for a complaint number for the service i get given a number and told "good luck with that" "hope you enjoy it" i then go to the centre office and get help from them (absolutely amazing really they helped me alot) and we go back to the manager where i was then told that i interpreted what he said wrong and that he appologieses for the way i interpreted the statements he made. And the security gets his name and i write a formal complaint with silver star against this manager and the theatre. Silver star casino really did do the best and where willing to help me and for that i am very appriciative. As for the theatre. Until marius is fired i will not return to the theatre nor will i recomend this theatre to family and friends. If you are looking for a good movie to watch with your girlfriend and or family i recomend you go to another theatre as the service is terrible from a manager to say the least. The casino itself and the resturants in it are fantastic tho. Just avoid the theatre if you wish to enjoy your night at silver star
