Very humiliated and embarrassed MVG member at Sun City, South Africa

After Sun City re-opened again since the beginning of September (after lockdown) my husband and I visited the resort several times without any concerns. Every time when we arrived at the main entrance they allowed us access to the resort with our current MVG cards. On 29 November’20 when we arrived again to visit Sun City they totally refused to let us in because the lady at the entrance said we have only one account. The second MVG card that my husband always used on the same account to play with was now not acceptable according to their regulations. The so called Manager at the gate said that the previous staff that always let us through on several occasions after the lockdown did not do their job.

With a very bad attitude she let us know and understand that we have to turn around and that we are not allowed access to the resort. For us this is totally unacceptable to drove all the way through and have to turn around without any notification whatsoever that they never notify us that we cannot access the resort with two cards one one account.

As per the MVG website these were the dates (13 Sep, 4 Oct and 7 Nov'2020) that we were allowed to access the resort without any concerns and know on 29 Novemeber'20 everything has changed. All of a sudden we are now treated like some unauthorised **** that are not allowed into Sun City.

This was a very bad humiliation and embarrassment for us to visit Sun City and will most probably never visit them again.
