Very Bad Service

We at The Cabannas Sun City with my siblings, checked in on the 25th which was yesterday into a family room. The sliding door that's separating the actual room to the bathroom its not working and 1 of my siblings is a boy so privacy is also needed ofcourse when we all take a shower. I called the front desk around 7:30 am to complain about the problem so they come with a solution ASAP, the lady said we can change rooms but that can only happen in the afternoon or call for a maintenance person to fix it, I was actually delighted that they will fix it but the lady was so rude, hung up the phone and transferred me to a wrong department where I found another lady who assisted but she didnt have knowledge of what she was doing it saying, she doesnt explain the maintenance process as to when they will come after logging the call. I have worked so hard for the money spent on this hotel room to actually not be happy about the condition and the service. Last night I had asked to be moved to The Palace 5 star room cos I wanted my siblings to have a greater time but i got more disappointed. I would not highly recommend The Cabannas Sun City, Service is crazy, rooms conditions aren't worth the money payed for and the staff dont have knowledge of what they doing and they are so rude. This is my first time coming here but already the experience is unacceptable
