Very bad and slow service at Cabanas Hotel

My first night in the Cabanas Hotel, which I only tried out because it is advertised as being kiddie friendly. The service is poor, I'm so frustrated. I've been calling housekeeping since 8pm and it is now 02h29am and still no response. They just don't answer their phone. I called concierge around 01h40 and was promised tea and sugar is on its way, well by 02h10 i was still waiting so I literally had to walk to reception after 2am to get assistance because I didn't get an update on the delay since my 01h40 call. It is 02h31am and I'm still waiting :( There is no sense or urgency, I mean if there's a delay at least update us. And poor ventilatjon means the room is stuffy.

I'm never coming back here. I expected more after booking a room of an R8k rate. I'm an unhappy customer
