Very arrogant, cruel, sick attendants and staff

Sadly, there is no other option but to put this under "Hotel" but actually it is Wild Coast Sun itself, not the hotel that I have a complaint about. We travelled over 3 hours just to have a fun day out with our family. We had planned this trip carefully and had pensioners in our family. Everyone had a great day, but when about to depart, we came across some very rude security guys, I think in a Bidvest vehicle who parked behind our two vehicles and blocked us in. We were waiting for 2 kids to return because one had forgotten her bag at the games centre. So the two grannies were munching on somethings while waiting and the guy came shockingly and shouted at them to go eat inside the car because their cameras had picked them up eating and now their boss had sent them to reprimand us all!!!! Firstly, there was NO cameras in the area we were in and secondly, these two elderly people needed to take their medication and could only do so after having something to eat. These sick security guards then ordered and bossed them around. One of the elderly people told him that she had had such a lovely day and only to be ruined by him shouting at them. They were herded like animals out of the parking, but yet these same guards were seemingly blind to people standing right next to them who were openly smoking in the presence of children and in public!!! Wild Coast must do something about these sick, untrained guards who seem to stroke their egos by preying of the old, helpless and elderly people. What a terrible experience. Furthermore, my children were playing on the bears machines and after trying many times they eventually caught a few and kept on doing this and it thrilled them to catch one after many tries. After having won quite a few bears, two huge woman came over and asked my daughter to move from her machine because they wanted to "fix" something. She moved away and when they left, we found that they had tampered with the tension of the claws so that no human being could possibly ever catch anything in that machine again. It was made so loose that it could not hold anything. Now, it's not like we were getting the bears free. They spent a lot to catch each one, so why did they rob the kids of their joy by cheating them out of it and tampering with the machines??? The whole overall experience left a sour taste in our mouths and we felt very unwelcome there.
