Valley of the Waves Injury

We were booked at the Cascades hotel from the 24th Dec 2018 and decided to visit the Valley of the Waves on the 26th we arrived around 09:30 and the place was already busy. My wife was in the wave pool around 11:45 and it was already overcrowded. Surely there must be a control measure for the number of tickets sold at the Valley of the Waves?

My wife knees was badly injured when one of the fellow bathers knocked her over fell on her and broke her knee. She now has to go for reconstructive surgery to her knee. The lifeguards on duty did not see the incident "overcrowded" or just not paying attention. She was asked to walk with her injured leg from the pool to the walkway before they brought a wheel chair. The life guards did not call for a stretcher or help carry her.

I have written to the management at the valley of the waves about the incident and have still not received any response. "Poor management"

Can someone please contact me re the investigation of the incident. Was there an incident report done?
