Vacation Club, Sun City no longer a civilized place to stay.

I've always enjoyed visiting Sun City, however, it is unfortunate that I had a bad experience.

On the 5th of June 2021, at 23:45, I called reception at the Vacation club. I was worried about the commotion coming from two units close to the one I was staying in. Reception assured me that they would send security to assess and deal with the situation. Only after I called a second time at 00:10, did someone from security arrive. It seemed like they handled the situation well, but shortly after they left the commotion continued. Vacation Club at Sun City has always been a place where I felt I could come to, to enjoy myself and get some rest. This time around that was not the case.

I understand that unruly visitors are difficult to deal with, but if situations like these are not dealt with definitively, then Vacation Club will soon become a place where only barbarians feel welcome.

I hope they can find a way to better deal with similar situations in the future.
