Vacation Club Levy Dept
Called the levy dept today and spoke to a Callum/ Kailan. Asked a question regarding which units were refurbished so I could make a booking. He put me on hold, laughing in the background and stated my request was "bizarre"! When he came back on the phone, he was unaware I heard EVERYTHING whilst he ridiculed a client who has a 10 yr membership! No apology whatsoever and he proceeded to justify himself. You have such unprofessional ******** people working for you!
