Vacation club levies

Vacation Club levies I have asked since August 2022 to change the debit order banking details. Now the details are changed but it is still failing, and i have asked for it to be corrected. Can someone please load the information correctly? Each time someone else sends a mail that the debit order has failed and we are now in arrears, and my account get frozen.
