Utterly disappointed at the rudeness and incompetence of the staff at Sun City !!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am really disappointed on how our parents are treated at sun city . My father had arranged a booking for my birthday weekend , however when I call to do a follow up no one seemed to know about the booking , when initially we were told that we should come later on to get the reference number . I'm really disappoint on how things are done . Further more the gentleman who Ihad communicated with telephonically was extreamly rude and was not willing to help in any way , I guess this is how you do business and treat paying customers . He refussed to disclose his name and than followed by saying he does not have a name which I found SHOCKING . I work in an industry where I meet multiple people who enjoy locations such as these and I will be sure to share my expirience on how paying customers get treated even before they enter YOUR resort . I have been doing follow ups almost every day and to my suprise today when I call in they have not a clue about the booking or anything els discussed for that matter . I wa hoping to spend my birthday with friends and family at the resort but clearly thanks to the poor and disgusting service by staff it seems I may have to go else where due to no availability !!!!!! . I was more than excited to spend what I needed to to create the perfect weekend but clearly the staff dont realise how their abruptness damages your business .</p> <p>Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a business who is practically built on customer service ..... very dissapointed . THANK YOU FOR A RUINED WEEKEND SUN INTERNATIONAL CABANAS !!!!!</p>
