Useless - stay away
I called the call centre yesterday and asked to speak to a manager regarding a few problems and suggestions that i have regarding their Sunbet site. Spoke to a gentlemen yesterday who said that i should call today as their managers are off on Mondays.<br> <br> Called again today, spoke to USELESS WADE, who said that managers dont take calls and that i should email. I said that i have a suggestion and that i would like to talk to someone for a few minutes- wade was adamant that MANAGERS DONT TAKE CALLS- from us mere mortals i guess. Sunbet refused to listen to their customers?
