Useless company called sun international

<p>Made a booking with central reservations to go to carnival city on the 30/06/2017. To check in on the 07/07/2017. Got there and they say the booking was cancelled. Asked for rooms and they were full and left. Foned in on Monday 10/07/2017 to complain and they first said it was a no show and later said it was a booking made for the 8th. What utter bull****. No 1 could help to resolve this and they are so poorly trained ; if you ask for a manager they go and come back and say they are all in meetings. So</p> <p>today eventually a guy says make the booking again but not on a weekend. Why the hell do they give us complimentary nights if they cannot accommodate us. I told the guy to tell management to take the booking and shove it where the sun don't shine.</p>
