Useless Call Centre
Your Call Centre is absolutely appalling and Management or someone with high authority needs to check this out as it seems there is a MAJOR problem?! Perhaps your CEO should try making a call to make a reservation and see what I am talking about - VERY FRUSTRATING!! 2nd time on Hellopeter, had no reply from them either. What on earth must one do to make a reservation??? Stressed and aggravated! <br> Why advertise a special and not tend to those who want to buy?
