Upset mother as Sun Arena and computicket not assisting

Sun Arena Menlyn Maine Pretoria For 3 weeks trying to get assisted to book 4 tickets for Disney on ice. 4 seats of which 1 must be an isle seat so I can take my son with a wheelchair to the isle seat and put the wheelchair away. We 4 sit together then.

My son does not want to sit in his wheelchair. He is sensitive about it. His smaller brother has to sit with me as well. The brothers win't be split for me to sit with 1 only.

Now, being told my son must sit in the wheelchair sectionin his wheelchair with an adult and my other son somewhere else is unacceptable.

To tell me I have to carry my son 16, (bigger than me physically) up stairs to sit together unacceptable.

I have sent several emails, phoned the arena as computicket says they have only a floormap showing doors not ramps or disability access.

For 3 weeks. , hours later on phonecalls waisting my time , money , patience what a frustration.

The concierge tells me she has photos there is ramps, but she cannot tell me the sections or where to book the seats, computickets saying split in 2 or carry child. Computicket not knowing where ramps and toilets are.

Such a mayor frustration.
