Unhappy MVG member

From 8am until now which is 1pm, I cannot make a reservation using the central reservation office telephone number *** or *** which is displayed on your website ........ i called about 11 times all morning and each call i am entertained by your automated voice prompt system and put on hold for 10-15 minutes per call :(

I am a member of your most elite group of guests (MVG Diamond membership) and this is the service i am receiving, makes me think going forward
