We are gold card members we spend thousands of rands gambling at Sibiya which I feel is a waste of time.<br> Atleast Wildcoast gives us freestays.Every time that Sibiya calls us for freeplay or a draw it is just to feed all my cash because we get nothing.I think you should pick who is gambling and just not winning and atleast give them some benefits.I started going to Suncoast to gamble because even thou I was loosing my money at Sibiya they rewards strategy is terrible.We sometimes gamble more than platinum and they dont even offer us a freestay.Even if we lose our cash atleast reward us in other ways check how many thousands we play.People are fed up and so am I.People who win in draws say they hardly play.People who spend thousands should be rewarded especially if your machines are set for them not to win.Wildcoast rewards their customers Sibaya only rewards the people who hardly gamble.That is why I started gambling at Suncoast & Wildcoast.So review our period of gambling and see what I mean I am very upset about this.<br> We always gamble at Sibiya but get nothing in return I am sure there is other people who feel the same the public should know.Thanks for nothing!
