Unhappy customer

Good morning I was at Meropa's Jembe on saturday and i lost my belongings. I was taken advantage of as i tipsy and i napped before driving out. I napped and forgot to lock the car when i woke up to drive out my wallet and phone were gone. I went to the security guards and i am not happy with their response to my case. I do not know Meropa casino's protocols when it comes to such cases, but i believe the least they could have done was to check the CCTV footage and validate my claim.
