Unfair

Good day, I just wanted to let you guys know that your casino is one the most unfair winnings that I have ever seen. This was your third visit to your casino and we said on the last visit we will not be coming back but we changed our minds and said that give it another go maybe third time lucky so we did. We booked in on the Friday the 15th April and booked out on the 17th April. We spend about R30 0000 over this time and did not win a single thing. Please let me understand how is that possible this is not the first time I m trying to understand this. We play just like other people do and still we do not win a single thing. This not go about the money we lost and goes about how come we never can win a single jackpot at your casino. I would like to know how do win at least win jackpot at your casino please can someone explain this to me. We booked another with you for a wedding anniversary in 13 May but I m thinking of cancelling it as your casino never lets us win one jackpot and it is more stress to come there than just to relax for a weekend. How can you spend 30 000 and not even win one jackpot. Hopefully I will get feed back from you soon. Have a great day.
