Uncaring Liza Adrianzen and bad holiday experience

My family and I endured a horrible stay at Leopard resort in SunCity in October 2024 to which the complain was immediately communicated to relevant authorities during the stay and furthermore to Liza Adrianzen but nothing was done about it. I’m deeply disappointed and disgusted at how a pleasant family holiday can turn into a nightmare after putting so much time and effort to make experience memorable. Memorable it really became because people who are entrusted to ensure that our hard earned money we enjoy doesn’t care a bit.

I’m utterly disgusted and would like this matter attended to and not being ignored even after sending a formal complaint almost a month ago
