Unable to book promotional offer

On the 30th October 2017, Myself and a few friends booked the Lions or nothing cricket Season tickets which included one free night at Suncity cabanas,

Since the 30th, we've been trying to book the dates . Initially the call centre didnt even know about it and sent us in circles. Eventually they learnt about it but now keep saying that the promotional offer is still being loaded in the system. Due to this we've already missed potential dates which we could have booked in November & December. We trying to get dates secured in March by booking early but the system is not allowing it when we phone the call centre.

How is a promotion advertised and the reservations team dont know about it, then cant even book it over after one month. This is unacceptable, please resolve and secure our dates ASAP We dont want to be left stranded where the dates end up being taken up before we get our dates.
