Treated like animals

Good day, this serves as a complaint against bad management on your resort. On Saturday, 6 February we took our son and a friend for his birthday to Valley of the Waves. We had an awesome time till it was time to take the day pass bus back to the parking area. We stood in the SCOURCHING sun for more than 30minutes waiting for the day pass bus. Our two year old and 10 year old and his friend ended up sitting on the sidewalk with towels over them because we were literally burning. Not only is there no shade where we had to wait, there was about 50 people standing in line. Busses came and go on a rotation of about 5 times but no day pass bus. The manager apologized but NOTHING happened, no initiative was taken to re-allocate another bus to take us to the parking. And imagine the chaos when the bus finally arrived, people pushed children out of the way to get on the bus - it was crazy. You guys should really be ashamed to charge us so much money to use your facilities and then when we want to leave to be treated like animals (in the sun, in chaos) with our children. Our day ended up in very bad memories. Not acceptable for a world class rated resort!!!
