Totally Unacceptable

I Booked for my honeymoon at the Maslow Hotel ,Check in was rather slow compared to other hotels. I got to the room and was hungry ,decided to order a toasted cheese from Room service ,when my toasted cheese arrived I opened to check ,it had HAM inside.Found this totally Insulting especially being a Muslim.I phoned to ask why she sent this the lady was o we don't know will send another sandwhich. Very Very Dissapointing. Switchboard and reception doesn't answer the phones.
