TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

<p>Something really needs to be done about your Central Reservations telephone line, I have complained about this in the past! I called Central Reservations a while ago, held on for almost 1 hour and still my call not attended to!!! I am at work and cannot afford to hold on for that length of time!! I feel sorry for people calling from a cell phone (thank goodness I called from a landline) that would be a total disaster as it will cost an absolute fortune in airtime. It should be a pleasant experience when you are calling to make a booking not a nightmare!! I think someone from within Sun International should try calling Central Reservations and see if they are impressed, I think not!!! Very unhappy. (Be careful, you may lose guests to other resorts due to the frustration of trying to get through to the Central Reservations)</p>
