Took over 1 hour for meal to come

I went to use my voucher for my free meal at 945 pm on Wednesday. It took over 7 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge that I'm standing waiting to be seated.<br> I eventually went to ask someone where I can sit. There was a tall man with a yellow tie which told me to sit near the bar. <br> I waited another 10 minutes until I was able to order. This same man asked me what drink and how do I want the steak cooked? I responded and he took my voucher and I never saw him again.<br> I eventually asked a lady when it was nearly 45 mins later as the place wasn't busy and this man never came back. She didn't kno what I ordered and just kept asking me who did I order with. <br> I explained and she just walked away. ...about 10 to 15 mins later I got my food. <br> I never was spoken to again. I've never had such unfriendly service in my entire life. Not only did I wait forever but I had such terrible attitude given to me thru out the meal.<br> I understand this was a \free"meal in the servers eyes however it's not excuse not to treat me as a paying customer. I earned a lot of points to get the \""free meal \"" and I tip nicely when eating out as I previously have been a server. Not impressed """
