Timeshare- Not easy to even make a booking

I called Suncity Vacation Club to make a reservation on ***.<br> The phone rings for hours on end with no answer.<br> My call was eventually picked up. The call was answered and I was left to hold on without anyone asking me to hold (I could hear office talk in the back ground).<br> <br> The call was eventually answered by one Palesa who was extremely unpleasant to deal with.<br> When I asked her why the call was answered and left unattended she said she was busy dealing with a guest. I too am a guest of the resort.<br> <br> I did not have full details and I asked her if there is a way to book online she said no I can send an email and the call volumes are high. But its crazy to wait an hour on the line to receive such bad service,<br> <br> When I told her that she said she was speaking to her manager. I asked if I could speak to her manager she then said there is no manager on the floor.<br> <br> I told her that I request to be contacted urgently and I have not been contacted at all.<br> <br> I think the serious received was terrible and it makes myself and my family regret the money we spent on timeshare.<br> <br>
