TIME SQUARE CASINO -Public liability suite

We visited the casino last night as to attend a draw that was taking place, upon us we parked in ba*****t B1 parking close to the main entrance there; on our way back to our car the floor to the ba*****t was like a swimming pool wet of "later to be discovered a blockage'' no signage where placed up and no disclaimers posted to warn customers; so my Husband attempted to side step and get to the car where he fell and injured his ankle and wrist badly; the same ankle and wrist he works with. On reporting this to the head of security his comment was to shut up and that he is in charge and will sort it out, we had ER 24 come out and assist and they confirmed that it was a bad injury; wanting to take him to our hospital; however the Health and Safety told security to send him to a government hospital for and that all treatment will be for our own bill His Name and number MrAvon Wolman ********** 043 and Security Manager Phillip Buitendag ********** 998, this is public liability for any company, and a Casino with 24hrs CCTV should as well as guards all over the parking lot should have had someone report and get it shorted out immediately. We are Currently at our doctor and will be pressing charges as a pulic liability suite as well as the treatment that we received from the Management staff at the Casino "That may be why (qualified) people doesn't get employment anymore in South Africa, for uns****ed people can at least think and do.
