Thrid time

This now the third time we try and book a weekend away with the free promotion you send out but every time we do that it is fully booked. How is that possible that it can be fully booked. I m very disappointed in the service we receive from your call centre. Please can some one explain to me why and how it is possible to get a weekend away from you.
