Threats of repossession of time share

My Sun Vacation Club debit order wasn't successful in January but I paid double end of month to rectify my error. I was hit with a penalty of R150. I asked if the penalty is in my contract, I got no answer. Instead I was told that my Time Share will be repossessed. I am about to finish paying off the entire amount but now I get threats. Customer service is terrible, sadly you get smiles before you sign up but once you are a member, you become enemy number one. <br>
