This is constructive criticism

This is constructive criticism. The walk up bars are very inefficient, due to the fact that when some bar staff go on a break, then there is usually 1 person left to serve customers. I really feel for those workers. I've been in management roles, and I step up to close gaps caused by the workers breaks. Please Grand west, sort this out, as we have come to gamble, and enjoy the environment, not to stand in a queue for half an hour. PS I did see what looked like a manager helping out in the large smokers section, thank you Madam, my time in the queue was not frustrating.
