They don't return calls

I have waited for a very long time on central reservation lines and than I am asked to leave a message so that they can call back. I phoned twice and left my contact details to be called back to book a room while I am on holiday and now I have to return back to work on Monday 9/1/23. They don't call back. Absolutely pathetic service. Rating should be 0.
