Theft in Unit at Sun City Vocation Club - Terrible Service -

<p>Dear Mr. Fredrick,</p> <p> </p> <p>This enquiry relates to the incident that I reported on 21 December 2016.</p> <p>My daughter’s Samsung S5 cell phone was ****** from our unit 447.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I have received no correspondence from Sun City regarding this matter. My child is still traumatized by the theft of her cell phone as it was a birthday present.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>this is there response from Sun City Vocation Club </strong></p> <p><strong>I regret to advise that, despite best efforts sun city has been unable to locate your child phone.</strong></p> <p><strong>The investigation have also not identified a suspect, nor any negligence or wrongdoing on the part of the sun city staff</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>This is my response" Public be aware that sun city vocation club does not provide a safe environment in your unit. my daughter left her phone in the unit. the cleaners have access to the units, so if something gets ******, you will receive a response as be above.</strong></p> <p><strong>i think sun city vocation club will need to invest in Wardrobe safe, as the safe provide is tiny. you wont be able to put all your valuables into the safe provided</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>public be aware that sun city vocation club does not take any responisibilty for there actions</strong></p> <p><strong>i dont know how you will enjoy your trip there as thay have some ******* employed there which have access to your unit...</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
