The WORST Customer Service

I experienced the WORST customer service Thursday night the 03/10/2019. Suncity’s bus driver Dingane was extremely rude and had no manners what’s so ever. It was 22H40 my Aunt of 60years old and I wanted to return to our “apartment” at the vacation club, when he refused to take us even though his bus was completely empty, we jumped onto the bus thinking he’d assist and quickly just drop us off seeing that my aunt is an elderly lady but instead of taking us to the vacation club he tried to frighten us by taking us into the bushes where there was almost no lights and we were the only ones on his bus the entire time, I fought with him to stop the bus so we can get out seeing that he was trying to scare us. He dropped us off at the vacation club departures where my aunt of 60 years old and I had to walk all the way to our apartment which is an easy kilometer or 2, with all the up hills etc. As soon as I got to the apartment I phoned reception to complain about this horrific experience I had just had, they had suggested I phoned the transportation department (3463) which I had and asked to speak to a manager. The lady I spoke to had said the manger had stepped out, she told me not to worry she’ll get him to call back - still to this day I have not received a phone call. Suncity I’m disgusted by the level of service you have provided. We have been going to suncity for years and the level of service I received this past week is horrifying. I’m so disappointed!!
