The Good,The Bad, The Ugly - This is your Heritage
Carnival City promotional Heritage Day, meal. On the 26th Sep 2015,we decided to use our voucher & enjoy a meal. We were given the run around by staff who knew nothing about the promotion. The Sports Bar Manager, Sihle was nowhere to be found. My hubby spoke with the Carnival City Operations Manager, Tintswalo, & the Food & Beverage Manager with no joy either. Our ordeal in a nutshell:The Good: I, together with my family were loyal patrons. I've completed surveys, & said, \The SIB is my preferred choice"I planned to spend my birthday at PE"
