The Cold Palace - Suncity The Palace

What a horrific experience Suncity at THE PALACE, has had no hot water since 2pm today, five hours later maintenance still has not fixed the issue. This is only at the palace - paying R3800 a night, no hot water. Might be better to book the cheaper hotels at least they’ve been able to shower today.

Receptionist keeps saying they haven’t been updated by maintenance….5 hours later
