The cascades hotel sun international!

Hello, my husband and I along with our kids and some friends went to the cascades hotel this week. We were really excited to be going to a 5 star hotel I’m suncity.

We had quite the shock when we got there, the rooms are old and unkept, but most the bathrooms are grimy and absolutely not maintained well. Smelly drains are not something u expect at a five start resort! We are highly disappointed and won’t ever go there again. The price was five start prices, I would rate it a 3 star hotel!
